Hello, I have a BOCA ticket printer hooked up to Tessitura at my standard box office location via USB and it works fine but when I leave and go elsewhere with it Tessitura no longer sees the printer. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
Could it be that even though the printer is connected via USB, it is configured as a shared network printer, and Tessitura is trying to print to it as such?
I would try setting it up as a new USB printer from scratch and see what issues you run into.
Thank you for your thoughts! We got it worked out. Apparently it was as simple as having the printer completely hooked up and ready to go before we even start Tessitura. Now we know! lol
