Refund and/or Exchanges in TNEW?
Does anyone know if TNEW can allow constituents to refund or exchange their tickets?
There is a refund request feature, which allows a patron to request a refund or an exchange. There's a pop up skill builder here: www.tessituranetwork.com/.../PopUpSkill_TNEW_Return_Request
