Hi Clare - we are part way through a revenue analysis project with TRGarts, based in Colorado Springs. We are just at the point of having provided them with a raft of data and process information and I'll then be spending three days with them in Colorado after the Tessitura conference to work through the results of their analysis.

I'm happy to keep you posted on what comes out of the process, espacially as it fits in the Australian context.
