School refund policies for Christmas shows/pantos

Hi all,

I hope you don't mind the non-Tess related question.

I'm just gathering some data from other Tess venues about their policies on refunds and school groups. I'm particularly interested if you take non-refundable deposits, or in this new world, your rules have relaxed around refunds from your 'pre-COVID' policy.

I'd be interested to know...
a) what you would offer the school in the event of pupils in a class isolating/getting COVID, and if that extended to the whole group needing to cancel their trip relatively last minute.
b) what you would offer in the event of a local authority/government asking (not enforcing) the school not to take part in any school trips but they had already booked & paid.
c) what you would offer in the event of a local authority/government telling the school not to take part in any school trips but they had already booked & paid.

Some of you may have already experienced one of these scenarios.

Thanks in advance!

Best
Kat
