Vaccination requirements

Hi!  Thanks for this question as we are in the same position.  Also if anyone has any language that they would be willing to share of how they are messaging the requirement?  We are having specific artists requiring vaccination and negative test results of the patrons.  Thanks!

Also, I know Tessitura does not condone storing Vaccination Cards in the system, but is anyone storing a PDF of the card somewhere else?

We are not storing information.

Here's what we've been doing. We are in Texas so we can't require vaccinations, but with the language crafted we can ask either/or which I think is an important detail. We put this on every event page, know before you go emails, a text two hours before showtime, and on the homepage.

We will be using the Bindle app to track patrons proof of meeting our requirements. Our language for requirements is below. 

• Masks are required at all times within all indoor areas of the Hopkins Center regardless of vaccination or testing status, in accordance with the College’s face covering policy.
• All attendees of public events must provide proof of compliance with our health and safety policies at the time of each event they attend. These include:
  • showing proof of identity
  • showing proof of being fully vaccinated or proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test
• Like most campus buildings, access to the Hop is currently restricted for the public, with the exception of attendees accessing specific Hop events or activities.
