Greetings! So for the first time in 18 months I'm here printing hard tickets. For some reason, they are all printing BLANK. I've checked my ticket design, that's correct. Any tips on finding solutions to printing blank tickets?
If they're printing out completely blank, my first thought is that there might be a BOCA issue. Are you able to successfully print a test ticket from the printer?
yes. test ticket comes out with printing on it
FIXED IT!!! I deleted the printer and re-installed it with a Generic Text setting in the Advanced area of preferences....
