Does anyone know of any report or criteria to use in list builder that will give me the order date for a subscription package? I am looking for both flex packages and fixed seat packages.

If you are using version 12 then the subscription history has been updated to include the order date. The new element is called Package History Order Date and can be found in the Ticketing folder.
