How to stop Tessitura from choosing 'Print at Home' automatically as a delivery method when we have a constituent ID selected in the order screen?

Hi,

After the 15.1 upgrade the Tessitura order screen automatically chooses 'Print at Home' as a delivery method through the Tessitura order screen. We have been using this feature during the Covid time for Box Office and Group sales orders. 

We need to start using 'Hold at Box office' for Box office sales and need to stop Tessitura from choosing 'Print at Home' when we select a constituent ID ?

I removed the Print at home from Box office MOS but still, Tessitura is choosing PAH as a delivery method and Cashiers are currently manually choosing Hold at box office.

Please advise, how can we fix this issue?
