Packages across seasons

Hi – when you’re creating your performance groups, check the box that says “Filter by Business Unit Only” on the lower right hand corner.   This will show you a list of all performances in current seasons that share the same business unit.  I presume that all of your resident companies share business unit = 1.  Your final package (and performance group) will have to be assigned to one season, but this method allows you to create packages from performances that exist in multiple seasons.

Hi Everyone!

We here at the Gallo Center for the Arts have multiple organizations (resident companies) that we do the ticketing for and our maketing department wants to have a "Sampling Package" for new patrons. So, I was wondering if anyone has ever been able to create packages across seasons (each resident company having their own season)? I read through the tutorial on packaging and did not see anything remotely similar.

Ideas? Besides just doing it as multiple single tickets in one order?
