Hello - does anyone have a brilliant way of tracking co-subscribers?
We currently use Associations to record the relationship, and I can see that we could use this relationship to also update the Constituency of the co-subscriber, based on that of the head booker.
We are also looking at using the 'For' field in 'Special Requests' to indicate the Order information of the co-subscriber as we want to be able to duplicate the Ticket/Subscription History in the co-subscriber account. However we keep coming up against roadblocks caused by the splitting of an order into multiple line items - plus there is the whole issue of additional processing time. How are other people dealing with this?
Are you Rolling Over into separate line items, or splitting the order when and if you receive the subsequent details?
What do you do where there is a name 1 and name 2 on the same account - still split or keep as one line?
How do you get around Best Seating a multi-line Order, or do you seat manually per line?
Are there problems when you then come to exchange?
Do you have a system that works for both Fixed and Flex packages?
How does your system work online?
Would love to hear how people are getting around this as we seem to be hitting a wall every time we think we have a solution!
