Remote/Hybrid working plans for Contact Centre teams ? (UK)

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is keeping well ?

Currently myself and my small Contact Centre team are all still working remotely but we are now looking at plans to return to the office. We use a cloud based telephone system and are looking to introduce some omnichannel technology in the near future so are able to offer a normal service wherever we are working from. We are looking to expand the team from 2 team members up to 5 by the start of September, increasing further as we move into the autumn.

Our front of house ticketing team is separate and they'll obviously need to be on site.

Am curious to know what other organisations are planning to do, a full return to office working ? A mixture of both ? Still working remotely ?
