Hello all,
Like many of you (I'm just guessing here!) we have a fixed seat package that had some renewal requests (straight renews, changes, new orders) that came in during the pre-COVIDtime. I would like to move this package, in its entirety, from the 20/21 season into the 21/22 season.
I have rescheduled each of the 7 performances into the new title/production/production season, but am now not sure what to do about the package side of things, since (in my head) I was hoping to be able to "reschedule" the package into the new season as well.
I'm really hoping NOT to have to start from scratch since we already have some orders in the original package.
Your thoughts??

Edit to say: I've done this in the test system, which is a good thing since I think moving them into a new prod/prod season broke the existing package. Perhaps I should just reschedule the perfs without moving them from their existing prod/prod season... ?
Rather than moving them into a new Production Season, try changing the Season of the existing Production Season and then updating the dates for each Performance and see if that works.
