We have 38 historic sites and want to send tour reminder emails two days prior to a guests tour date. We are running into an issue because some guests book tours to two or more sites in one day. Does anyone know a way to have them receive a separate email for each tour? Would also be happy to add info for multiple tours to one email. I can currently only get my list criteria to pull the constituent in once and it seems to randomly choose one tour to display info for, and I think even if I got the list criteria to get me multiple rows for the same person, WordFly would likely catch them as a duplicate and remove. Maybe this just isn't possible, but if anyone can offer any assistance or insight I would be grateful.

Ticket History Perf Date less than or equal to DayRunDate +2Ticket History Perf Date greater than or equal to DayRunDate +2Primary EAddress Flag also has YesEAddress does not equal ''
