So much trouble with Triggered emails in Wordfly

My organization is just getting started with Triggered emails using Wordfly, and we are just having a hell of a time trying to get it to function properly, in regards to the patrons pulled via list manager. Specifically we are attempting to send reminder emails automatically 2 days prior to the patron's show date.

We have created a list with the following criteria, as pet Wordfly instructions:

EAddress does not equal ''
Primary EAddress Flag also has Yes
Tickets - Performance Date less than or equal to DayRunDate +2
Tickets - Performance Date greater than or equal to RunDate
List is not Performance Reminder Suppress

Then the suppress list is:

Promotion Appeal is 2020 Performance Reminder
Promotion Date less than or equal to DayRunDate -2

For reference, we are on Tess version 15.1

The data being pulled seems to be almost arbitrarily wrong. We have been using test shows, and the list refuses to recognize them, and pulls no data for the list. We've attempted to check on the patrons that will be pulled by changing the Day/Run Date to things like +9 for non-test shows that are actually coming in 9 days. However, changing the qualified of "less than or equal to" to just "equal to" means no results show up at all, so we can't really test that way either.

I feel like there must be something I'm missing here. We're following the instructions wordfly sent to the letter and it just isn't working out.
Additionally, we're hoping to add seat numbers to the triggered email. I suspect it has something to do with the output set, but we're sort of struggling here. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
