We plan to move to e-tickets for the coming season, and want to introduce a fee for printing hard-copy tickets, either mailed or over the counter/in-hand. We thought maybe this could be done using a pricing rule tied to Delivery Method, but it doesn't appear that Delivery Method is a criteria in Pricing Rules - anyone doing this already and have suggestions for how to go about this?

Whilst not in Pricing Rules, there's the option in Fee Rules that allows you to specify a specific Delivery Method.
