We want our Comp Reason to show up on a voucher/Flex ticket template, which will make it easier for a large staff to correctly sell the redemption/ticket purchase (comped with the correct reason). But, as of now, the Comp Reason field does not display on the individual ticket. I cannot find any reason that this field wouldn't display on the ticket template.
My Attempts: I have moved the field to different areas on the template, adjusted the orientation, changed the size. I have tried printing the voucher from an order with mixed price types and from a brand new order. I tried printing the Flex Package we have built and selling just individual Flex Ticket.
Ticket Design Element chart defines this field as "The ticket text recorded for the price type reason used in the order" which is weird, because I would assume that the Comp Reason lives at the Seat Data Group level, as it is a direct result of the Price Type and Price Type Alias (both of which are in the Seat Data Group) and is specific to each seat.
Any thoughts or workarounds?

The element displays the Ticket Text for the Price Type Reason. This is a separate field in Ticketing Setup>Pricing>Price Type Reasons (aside from the Description). Do you have that field filled in? If not, give that a shot. If you do and it's still not appearing, go ahead and send in a Support ticket and the team can assist.
