When a customer buys an in person ticket and a digital ticket in the same order how do you deal with the Delivery Method?
We have two different delivery methods for our in-person concert tickets and our digital concert 'tickets'.
We offer PAHT HABO and Mail for our in-person events. For our digital events we offer only a hyperlink, within the email confirmation, with instructions directing buyers to their on line account and the Digital content page.
I tried using LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD to narrow the delivery options for the digital concert tickets, but when an in-person ticket is added to the order, this excludes the PAHT, HABO and Mail options in the shopping cart.
I am curious how others are dealing with this? Any thoughts/insights are welcome!

Hi Carol! One solution could be to uncheck the "Printing" checkboxes on the Mode of Sale tab of the digital performance, and not make any entries to the Dynamic Shipping Method table for the digital performance. That way, you can let the delivery method of the in-person event determine the order's delivery method, and the digital performance will simply be ignored in any ticket printing processes. And of course, you would continue to message to your customers that there won't be any tickets to the digital performance.
