Can the date of a performance be altered or aliased on tnew page?

Hello all- We are selling a week of on-demand viewing Tales of The City-The Musical. It will be a week long viewing window, June 21 through June 27. We have built it as a single performance- and have made the date and time June 27 at 10pm- which is when the viewing period will end on our partner Broadway on Demand. The issue we are having is that patrons only see the date June 27 10pm on our buy tickets page. Does anyone have a solution for hiding or making an alias for that performance date? It would be helpful if we could show the date range- or just have the name of the show. It's problematic because purchasers don't realize that they don't have to view on June 27 10pm- and we're getting many calls and emails about whnenpatrons can view the show.

  • Hi Mark,

You can apply TN_Express_Time_Date_Display -Don't Show Date Time - in the content tab of your performance to hide it. We did the same thing for a symposium sale. You may want to add the dates somewhere in your TN_Express_ Title so that it is still obvious on the page for patrons. We didn't have any confusion. Hope this helps!
