Hello,
I hope you're all well.
This a scenario we have been pondering - when we are allowed to sell at full capacity (hopefully soon) but when the performances come around in the autumn / winter the rules are changed and we are told that we need to ensure some sort of social distancing in our auditorium.
We have considered putting the socially distanced seats on sale first, then having a second release which would bring us to full capacity, on this second release we would message to customers notifying them that if Social Distancing came back for their performance we would have to cancel their tickets for credit voucher / refund.
I'm interested to hear what other organisations have been considering in this eventuality.
Thanks all!
Loren
