We currently have a delivery method called "Print at Home" but we're trying to go paperless and would like to rename that to encourage less printing and more electronic tickets - is there a consensus for what everyone calls electronic tickets? E-tickets? Mobile tickets? Paperless tickets? Let's hear what your org does!
We call ours Print at Home / Mobile.
We have "Ways to Use Your Ticket(s)" copy outlining the mobile and print options that we include on both the PAH email & template as well as on our FAQs page. I'm not sure if we'll shift to a mobile-only or a mobile-first strategy when we reopen but in the past we've had good uptake on that option (vs printing).
