We're trying our utmost to be a 100% e-ticket venue for many reasons I'm sure you're all familiar with - but it does throw up this issue of how to distribute e-tickets to group bookings effectively. One long electronic pdf isn't a great solution for a group of say 100, or even a group of 10, who might arrive at different times. The recipient ID in SLI doesn't separate out e-tickets so I don't think there's an easy way of solving it within Tessitura but I'd be very happy to be corrected on that!
The best solution we've come up with is to use Adobe Acrobat Pro to bulk save each page of a large e-ticket pdf as separate files that could then be manually emailed to each group member by the group leader. Not ideal as this adds in an element of human error that could mean two people have copies of the same e-ticket, but a slight step forward compared with the one large file copied to everyone.
I'd be really curious to know what other venues are doing - or if anyone can think of any other creative solutions to this problem.
