Hello! When we reopened our galleries in the Fall, we removed the online ticketing fees as we encouraged online prepurchase. We are reevaluating whether to reinstitute and at what price point.

2. Do you charge on all purchases or just online?
3. Do you build it into the ticket price?
4. I saw some discussion of a facility fee - is that a different fee for you or are you using terminology for the same thing? We also have a "restoration fee" for events in our 1950s theater.

Hi Katie! This is a great discussion to start, but there is one part that we have to be careful with: Per antitrust rules, we are prohibited from discussing pricing amounts, fee amounts, etc. as in your first question, to avoid the perception of price fixing.
