This is my first time posting a question in this forum. We are fairly new to Tessitura. We migrated from Audience View at the beginning of the pandemic and did our entire implementation remotely. We are currently using hand held saveo scanners that we had purchased 6 years ago while on AV. Since loading N-Scan on them, they have been a bit unstable. We get quite a few application errors while we are trying to scan at our limited capacity events. I need to come up with a solution before we go full capcity this fall. I have a few questions that I hope someone can answer.
1. Have any of you implemented the Mobile Ticketing technology just introduced by Tessitura? If yes, what scanners are you using to scan off phones?
2. Is anyone using touchless technolgy for their scanners? What brand & model?
3. Does anyone use a scanner that they would recommend for ease and accuracy?

We purchased the Zebra T52 scanners last summer and they work very well with mobile tickets, print-at-home tickets and traditional tickets. We like the trigger handles best because they seem to scan faster than the contactless stands. And they scan mobile and PAH tickets on patrons' phones.
