Is anyone using a health screening app or another method to confirm/clear ticket buyers before coming to your venues? We are in California and are required to do health screenings of all buyers who are not tested or vaccinated. I would love to hear what others are doing. We are considering holding tickets until 48hrs prior, then sending the questions. Once confirmed and cleared, we would release the tickets.
We're trying to find the most efficient way to do this so it is not a complete drain on our limited staff. I have several apps in consideration but would love to hear what others have found successful.

We already encourage our patrons to use our Instant Encore app for mobile ticket delivery. We are considering integration of the Health Check Survey add-on they rolled out in the past year. When a patron wants to access their ticket, they are prompted to take a survey. It's quick and easy.
