Not sure if this is the proper forum for this question. We do not currently scan tickets at our venue. With the push for more contactless interaction with our patrons, I looked at what it would take to implement the NSCAN process. But the cost of scanners is prohibitive. With the advance in mobile phone technology in scanning QR codes etc., are cell phones a viable option in the Tessitura/NSCAN application? Will it be a feature in the future?
