Hello All,
I am needing to reissue the gift certificates we currently have presented to our patrons for this season to move them into our next season. Our finance department splits funds in Odd and Even and the funds can't be spent next year where they are sitting currently. Has anyone used the Gift Certificate Cancellation Utility to reissue new gift certificate numbers from old gift certificates? Or is there a preferred way by other organizations to reissue these types of funds in bulk?
