Detailed e-receipt for how (Covid related) On Account money was spent

Hello!

We've had a good response to folks keeping their Covid-postponement-related subscription funds with us On Account. Our patrons have been using these funds here and there to pay for digital programming and make donations. I expect that when we ask them to consider their renewal for next season, folks are going to wonder where they spent all their money!

Does anyone have an HTML template developed that displays things like order date, order ID, production name, and cost, by payment method? I'm thinking this needs to be out of the Constituent Info Templates, as it's not connected to just one order ID. 

I'm hoping to save the box office reps time and let them just shoot off an email laying these transaction details out for the patron. Perhaps there's an existing report or something else that does the trick...

Any ideas appreciated!
