recently we noticed that some guests purchased our performance which are on off sale. We are closed on Monday - through Wednesday and guest brought tickets for these days. Those performances are marked as off sale in Tessitura, those days are greyed out in plan your day( website) and TNEW.we tested ourselves to buy tickets for these days and we can’t. I Checked the status for these performance in database and these days have off sale status. did anyone else had similar experience?please advise.
That definitely sounds odd. I would submit a support ticket for that. The only experience I have ever had with off sale performances being sold is when they are part of a package (unless it is possible that is what is happening here?). If you have a package still on sale but, say, the first performance has passed and is off sale, unless you update the package, that performance can sometimes still be sold as part of the full package. Either way, support ticket seems like the way to go here in my opinion.
