Single ticket Order Mass refund? HELP

Hello,

We need to refund thousands of orders for a performance that was just canceled. Is there any sort of single ticket procedure that will go in and do this automatically? We are trying to avoid having to manually process thousands of ticket order refunds.

Is this something that  could be written to run?

    Amy, there is a utility in the Ticketing Processing report folder called "Performance Seat Release".  This utility mass releases seats that are seated/paid or ticketed for a selected performance, sending any paid amounts to a selected on-account payment method.  You would then need to deal with the money left on-account, but would not have to process the release of the seats.  Hope this helps.
