Hello Tessitura Wise Collective,
Our Subscription Department wants to provide our subscribers with a skip a year option. Are any of you giving your subscribers or ticket buyers such options and how are you doing it in Tessitura.
We need to retain the base map in the order while releasing all of the line items so we can sell them as individual performances. We are looking for the easiest way to do this with the fewest amount of steps and would hope to not have to touch each order separately.
We would love any and all suggestions.
