Hello,
We are going Live with Tess in the next couple of months and are exploring the idea of giving one of our resident companies access to Tessitura.
For those of you with resident companies, particularly PACs, are you giving them access to Tess and at what level, and are you charging them for access? (IE: Reporting and constituent history only, access to manipulate or take orders for their shows, etc.)
I would appreciate any feedback that you can offer.
Sincerely,
Daniel
Good Morning Daniel,
We have 3 resident companies and access is provided to each organization based on their needs.
We provide training in both ticketing and development and encourage each organization to do as much for themselves as possible. There are some areas where we maintain complete control (website/cart, promo code deployment, to name few) most limitations are based on quality control and making sure setup is done correctly before deploying.
We have consortium agreement that provides structure and guidance on how each organization will use Tessitura. Each organization has agreed to the rules and regulations and when a change is requested the consortium meets to discuss before implementing.
Happy to discuss further if you wish.
Good luck!
