Hi everyone, I'm checking in to see if any of you have had a situation like this and might have some insight. In both our Ticket Office and Communications dept we have a document that we call the reference calendar that has basic info including a description about performances for the entire season. Communications usually types it up but they wanted me to find out is there any way for me to program the info in Tessitura for sales and have it export to a Word doc. I can always add formatting, etc in Word later. Any thoughts? Below is a sample so you can see what we use. Thanks!
There are a couple of ideas. But if you want the whole doc to be continually updatable and linked to Tessitura you could perhaps link it to the help button
