We are looking at implementing ticket insurance for sales online and by phone. Is anyone able to provide feedback on pros/cons, only single tickets or including subs, how the implementation worked for them, what companies you use and why?

I really liked Ticket Plan powered by April. The underwriting partner on the proposal I have from them was Generali US. We came close to signing with them, but we are just starting a web redesign and the idea of sinking money into an old website to sell ticket insurance for a year or so before our new website is up and running just did not make sense to us. Let me know if you want me to e-introduce you to someone there.
