Rescheduled Performances

Good afternoon Tessitura users. I am currently in a bit of tough spot and would like some advice in regards to my current ticketing situation. Before I pose my questions here is some background. We are going on sale with Subscriptions this Thursday 2/4/2021. When I was building our 21-22 season, programming was not confirmed therefore I built each event as Philharmonics 1, 2, 3, etc. As time went on programming was taking even longer to be confirmed, but I needed to rollover 20-21 subscribers to 21-22, therefore I went ahead and initiated the rollover without having confirmed programming.

Once programming was confirmed I realized that 2 of our Pops performances are rescheduled performances. Here are the (2) situations I am facing:

1. The Music of John Williams was a one night only special and is now part of our 21-22 Pops series. This concert has been rescheduled for Feb 18 and 19, 2022. Since subscriptions have already been rolled over, I need to move the tickets and money from John Williams to the Friday 2/18 performance. What is the best way to go about this? I am concerned that the money is crossing fiscal years and I am afraid there will be seating issues since subscribers have already been rolled over.

2. Currently Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire is scheduled for 3/12 and 3/13, but we will be announcing in the next day or two that this performance has been rescheduled to May 27th and 28th, 2022. The original performance dates of 3/12 and 3/13 were part of our 20-21 Pops Series and now both of these performances are part of our 21-22 Pops series. Subscribers have been rolled into the new dates so subscriber seats should be good, but is there a way to transfer their ticket money to the May 27th and May 28th dates? In addition, single ticket buyers have purchased tickets to these shows as well. How would I transfer the tickets and money to the new performances?

I realize it probably would have been easiest to reschedule the performances first, then add the performances to the appropriate packages, and then initiate rollovers, but unfortunately the timing of this all did not line up.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? If so, how have you handled it?

I look forward to hearing from the group.

Thanks All!
