Hi everyone,
Happy New and I hope everyone is well and staying safe!
We are a 7-year young organization and to my delight, have a new CFO who actually want's his team to have access to Tessitura! As the system admin
I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share:
I'm finding it's a balance between what Tessitura recommends, what we need as an organization and what everyone wants which is generally "just give me access to everything and I'll figure it out!" I've posted in FInance as well.
Many thanks, everyone!

My finance department has access to all of the reports in the finance folder and to reports in several other folders. I wouldn't say they have full access, they really don't need it. We didn't provide any training, since they were included in our implementation.
We have worked together to figure out what their needs are to create reports in analytics.
Basically, they now only come to me if something doesn't look right or is off.
Hope this helps!

Hi Michelle - we're the same as Pam. We have very low staff turnover so most of our staff in the Finance team were part of our implementation ~17 years ago. We do have a specific Finance user group that they use with access to all of the reports in the Finance folder, as well as specific reports in Campaign and Appeal, Development, Renewal Notices, Ticketing Box Office and Ticketing Processing. They also have access to certain areas, notably Campaigns and underlying areas. Because of the low turnover, if a new staff member comes on board, someone from the Finance team will train them in what they need to do in Tessitura.
