The ticketing sub-committee for the TLCC is looking for a few presenters for the Rapid Box Office management session. We are searching for ticketing staff to share their tips and tricks for streamlining Tessitura ticketing setup and daily administrative tasks.
You don't need to be doing something fancy or unusual to present at this session. In fact, we don't want to present on custom work for this one. All we are looking for are people who feel like they know Tessitura well and have found ways to shave some time and/or effort of their tasks just by using the system well. You would be surprised by how many standard features people don't know about or don't fully appreciate. There are also many Tessitura novices at the conference each year who are still learning the basics and would love some advice from veterans.
