We have a Facility that has three Price Zones. We have a new performance that will only use two of the zones; the other zone has been disabled on each Price Map. However, the Price Zone that was disabled still shows up in the Zone description when choosing a zone for a performance in the Line Items Tab. Is there any way to hide this unused zone without deleting it entirely?

The zones that show up in a performance lineitem are the ones defined in the zone map applied to the performance, not those in which the selected price type is valid (a zone will even show up if is in the zone map but there are no seats assigned to it). So the short answer is no, if you want it to disappear, it has to not be in the zone map.
However, you can copy the zone map, delete the third zone, and include its seats in one of the other two zones, then apply that zone map to just the one affected performance. Lastly, put the affected seats on a blackout or unbreakable hold so they can't be sold.
