Hi All,
As part of our normal business, we charge fees for Internet sales and phone sales; window sales had no service fee. When we closed our box office lobby back in March, we decided to waive the Phone service fee since patrons had no alternate option. I was curious if any of you are also waiving fees at this time or not? We are considering adding those back in at this time even though our lobby will remain closed for the foreseeable future.

Hi Adam. We'd been back and forth over this for years and decided from here on to waive fees. One of my arguments is that sales channel fee discrepancies unfairly impact the vulnerable and disabled communities, amongst others.
