Ashley here from the National Veterans Memorial and Museum in Columbus, Ohio. We're having a virtual members-only event soon and I am wondering about the best way to go about setting this up in TNEW. It's a hybrid event, so there are a few LIMITED on-site tickets for people to attend the event in person, as well as unlimited members only tickets to attend virtually. I'd love to hear how other organizations have done something like this! Typically, for members, we use a promo code (attached to a source code) to unlock a price type (free) if we are selling the ticket to the general public as well. I would be curious to know how many people use a pricing rule that auto-discounts virtual events for members versus having them put in a promo code? The setup for the auto discount is tripping me up, so if you use that method, can you explain how your org sets it up? I'm really curious how to go about setting up a hybrid event like this.
