We are starting a discussion about how to ticket both admission and mini golf through TNEW. Right now we are selling timed admission tickets online which is working well for controlling our capacity. This summer we will potentially also need to ticket our mini golf program online. That program will also be timed so that we can limit capacity. The catch is that we offer an admissions discount if someone purchases mini golf. This can be easily messaged and handled through pricing rules, but we also need to communicate to ticket buyers that they should plan on mini golf taking about 30 minutes and should select an admissions time slot for at least a half an hour after their golfing time. While we could also message this through a message only pricing rule, people don't always notice those messages, and it would be great to be able to somehow force them to select the later admissions time. I'm trying to avoid us having to check daily and manually adjust any admission times that are selected for the same time as mini golf.
Our Tessitura administrator came up with the idea of potentially using a package for this and we will be testing that. I thought I'd post here too to see if anyone is facing a similar issue and has come up with a solution?

We are having similar issue with 2 timed tickets and/or wanting to control capacity for two parts of our museum. We tried out packages however it's a little confusing as it shows the user having to select 2 exhibitions for us and pick a time for each. For our use case the packages are just a little confusing in TNEW.
We're still working through this, interested to see what others think and I'll post more as we figure ours out too!
