We are looking at ticketing kiosks for our Center. If your organization had or currently uses kiosks I'd love your feedback and words of wisdom. What is your overall impression of their functionality? Maintenance needs/issues? What vendor do you use? Etc.

Just wondering if you had any success with the self-serve kiosks? We're currently exploring the idea and was just looking to get any feedback from institutes that may have integrated this process into their operations.
