We are only just now finding time to start using the HTML Templates and our new Power User has been amazing but no one here is a programmer and we're struggling to find the right code/syntax to pull two data elements into these templates:
1) We'd like to include the inside salutation from a control-grouped salutation type, if this is possible; and
2) We'd like to include a certain email type (not the primary) if it exists on the record.

I don't have an example on hand yet - I do want to let you know that our practice management team is working on a "cookbook" of HTML Template code snippets and this is one of the items on the list to provide an example of. Another community member may have an example they can post in the mean time, and we'll keep the community updated on when the Cookbook is available.
