We're planning to use TNEW's new Digital Content features for an upcoming production, and were curious if anyone's had any success developing methods for gifting? It's possible there's some method of transferring paid tickets that we've just never used before. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated!

We are in the middle of trying to figure this out too. We might be adopting a frankenstein'd gift certificate model that would allow patrons to purchase gift certificates for gifting purposes. The gift certificate could then be shared with the recipient. They would have to call in or log in to set up an account and redeem their gift certificate. This would be pretty clunky for an online purchase path, so we might implement it as phone in only.
But I am keen to see if anyone has any thoughts about transferring paid tickets though!

Yep, this was our by-default plan if we couldn't figure anything else out. We have online options for purchasing and redeeming a gift certificate in our TNEW system, so we can at least let patrons do this without involving our ticket office, but an elegant solution to transferring already-purchased tickets would be helpful!
