Hi everyone!
I'm hoping to process all of our on account funds from cancelled concerts to gift certificates today. It looks there are a few patrons who are listed twice, due to having multiple orders with cancelled concerts. When I run the utility, will their on account funds be combined into one gift certificate, and then will only have one gift certificate listed in the email receipt utility? Or would they get one gift certificate per order?

I did take a look at this in our test environment, and it does look like if a patron has separate orders containing cancelled events, they will receive two separate gift certificates. Not ideal, but workable.
I'm assuming based on this, they would receive a receipt email for each order?
