Hello everyone,
I am trying to build our first digital event and running into a road block. I follow the steps in the documentation and have watched the Pop Up builder on Gated Content, but still cannot get it to work.
I made Digital Content TRUE on both the Patron's account and the new Virtual Event PERF TYPE I created, but I am still getting the error message of "An error occurred while retrieving your digital content. Please try refreshing the page or contact us for assistance."
Anyone else gotten this to work or have any ideas on what else to try?

Are you by chance using an account with a large ticket history? We came across this issue when testing. If you try it in a new account do you have the same issues?

That completely fixed the issue. I have a very large ticket purchase history. I wonder if this is a known issue? I feel like this could cause problems with some of our long time subscribers and donors.
I had the same error and opened a support ticket for it. They did say this was a known issue with large ticket histories.
Alright. Did they say anything about when it could possibly be fixed? I'm wondering if there are any current workarounds?
They did not know what the threshold was that was tripping the error, but they hoped to have a fix released in TNEW 7.38. The workaround at this time is to add the direct link to the digital content page, /content/[PSID]/[PSID], in the LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT table to include it in the order receipt.
