Hey y'all,
I feel like I'm trying to reinvent the wheel here... We've been using Google Voice to support our subscriber hotline throughout COVID. However, it only allows for one call at a time. This has been a fine solution thus far, as we have an email and voicemail setup to take messages and we've not received an influx of calls at any given time. However for our virtual gala, the special events team has requested a 'tech support' hotline, which would ring a support team of four people with the ability to have up to four calls in progress at one time. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to support this structure? Happy to pay for something for one month just for this one-night event. I just don't have a lot of time to plan and go through a sales rep, as the event is on Monday evening.
Unfortunately, our office is rocking a super old PBX system, and any changes we've made in the past seem to break something critical...
Any thoughts you have on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to email me as well at enash@2st.com
Thank you!!
