Refund Policy for in-person events during the COVID-19 era

We're planning to try a few small, limited capacity events later this fall, and I am very adamant about including a very forgiving refund policy. Basically saying "if you no longer feel comfortable/safe attending" or "if you, or any member of your party are experiencing symptoms" we would do a refund, no questions asked.

Has anyone put together an official policy along these lines? I've been tasked with writing up the policy for approval, and would love to know if anyone has done one of these and would be happy to share the language they used.

Thanks!
