When we try to refund apple pay, we are getting error message code:103, invalid transaction type.
Please advise, how can we fix this issue?

I just saw this error for the first time yesterday, on a Visa card, but it was "Code 103: Try Again."
You would need to open the payment window and then insert a payment row for which you want to issue the credit. Then, manually type the credit card number into the credit card number field
