nscanners are generating old performances in APP tab under Settings in contactless scanning. We tried to delete it but after refreshing the profile it's automatically adding the old performances. We tried to replace the performance id with new timed admission IDs but after refreshing the profile, it pulls up the old GA performance IDs.
How can we fix this?

Hi Sharon - This sounds like something I'd open a support ticket to have them look at, if you haven't already.

You just need to update the comma separated performance numbers in the TR_NSCAN_PROFILES system table, save, and then reload the profile on the NScans.
