I have been asked to include Attributes on a ticket design. Has anyone been able to figure out how to pull a Patron/Customers attributes or constituencies into a design element?

Look at User Defined Elements.

You can pull any data in Tessitura, but there are only 6 UDE’s available on ticket designs. You will need to modify a stored procedure. You’ll need access to SSMS. Modify it in your TEST environment first as a proof of concept.
